The unit includes a magnet with excellent pull-strength, a rubber boot on the magnet to prevent scratching, a pull tab for easy removal and a rubberized strain relief where the cable enters the magnet.  In addition the LMR195 cable is perfect for VHF, UHF or high frequency 900+ MHz.
